Our Process

  • STEP 1 – CONTACT US

    Once you have submit the Massage to us. The information have provide us, will give a better understanding of your project and what your goals are.
  • STEP 2 - CONSULTATION

    We have a free consultation call with you to learn more about your project. We also use this information to give you an official quote
  • STEP 3 - QUOTE

    After you finish your consultation with us, we will send you a detailed quote for approval. The pricing will reflect services that you choose to have with us during your projects, such as additional testing, or design services.
  • STEP 4 - SERVICE AGREEMENT + INVOICE

    Once the quote is approved, you will receive a service agreement to sign. We will also send an official invoice digitally. We accept all credit cards, checks or cash.
  • STEP 5 - DEPOSIT

    Once the service agreement has been signed, we request that a 50% deposit of the total cost of the project is made. We will not be able to begin your project until the deposit is made. After the deposit has been made, we will schedule your kick-off call with our R & D Department.
  • STEP 6 - KICK-OFF CALL

    On your kick-off call, finer details of your project will be discussed such as specific ingredients, benchmark products, and target function of the formula. If you are receiving graphic design services this call can be scheduled separately or within the same call.
  • STEP 7 - FIRST SAMPLE

    Four weeks after your kick-off call, you will receive your first sample in the mail. This sample is for you to approve to see if it meets your expectations.
  • STEP 8 - APPROVAL

    If the sample is approved, the final balance of the invoice is due. If not, you will have three opportunities for revisions to the formula. These revisions will be sent as samples s in the mail to you.
  • STEP 09 - ADDITIONAL SUPPORT

    If you need any additional support for your project, we will help you get in touch with other vendors such as, packaging vendors, and more.
